How to connect: Go to the GMod Find Multiplayer Tab, continue to Internet and search the top right box with the key work gmax. Now the server should show up. Connect and it will auto install all the addons required. Now you will only need the map.
Downloads: You need to subscribe to one steam workshop collection which I put together just to have a very smooth gameplay experience and to not get any in-game errors.
The downloaded map needs to be placed in the steam folder\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps after you put the map RP_EvoCity_v2d.bsp in the maps folder you should be good to play on the server.
